Comp tickets to Amazing.com live events are restricted to the following parties:
In the following sections are detailed explanations and definitions for who among those parties qualifies for comped tickets, what type of tickets, and any associated limitations.
All parties who are granted comped tickets must attend the entirety of the event, for the entire duration of each day, for each day the event continues. They may choose to attend additional networking activities, but their attendance is not required.
A speaker is defined as a subject matter expert who has agreed to present at an Amazing.com live event. Their presentation time may vary, and they may also be on an income-based panel or being interviewed.
Hot seats, software panels, audience panels, or any other presentation type other than a formal presentation or an income-based panel do not qualify as a speaker.
Each speaker gets one comped Seller Experience ticket for themselves and one comped Seller Experience ticket for a guest.
A mentor is defined as an Amazon expert who is an Amazing.com paid contractor who assists in consulting Amazing.com students for starting and growing their Amazon businesses.
Each mentor gets one comped Seller Experience ticket for themselves and one comped Seller Experience ticket for a guest.
An affiliate is defined as a person or organization who works with Amazing.com by selling Amazing Selling Machine.
The top 1-5 grossing affiliates after refunds for the most recent launch of Amazing Selling Machine gets one comped Seller Experience ticket for themselves and one comped Seller Experience ticket for a guest. This is limited to per affiliate ID, regardless of how many people contribute to that affiliate ID's sales.
The top 6-10 grossing affiliates after refunds for the most recent launch of Amazing Selling Machine gets one comped Seller Access ticket for themselves. This is limited to per affiliate ID, regardless of how many people contribute to that affiliate ID's sales.
In addition to the above three parties who qualify for comped tickets, there are two additional parties that vary per event.
1.4.1 Immediate Family
Immediate family is defined as direct relatives to the two co-founders of Amazing.com, Matt Clark and Jason Katzenback, or as direct relatives to two primary stakeholders of Amazing.com, Rich Henderson and Mike McClary.
Each of the four aforementioned stakeholders are permitted to bring a maximum of five immediate family members to any Amazing.com live event. Their family members get comped Seller Access tickets, as they each lunch with Amazing.com staff in the live event office, not in the main lunch networking room.
Occasionally, additional individuals outside of the above mentioned parties may be granted comped tickets at the discretion of Amazing.com.
The comped tickets outlined in Section 1 are only applicable to events with a capacity of 2,000 attendees, typically domestic events.
For events with a capacity less than 1,000 attendees, typically foreign events, the comped tickets granted to the parties outlined in Section 1 will have the following adjustments:
